60 Day Startups provides a unique opportunity for first-time entrepreneurs.

As the first community-led female-only business accelerator in the UAE, 60 Day Startups (60DS) is mentoring and supporting its largest cohort to date, consisting of 15 startups led by multi-cultural, passionate, energetic, and inspiring women who are keen to fuel their dreams and scale up their businesses.

The program’s third cohort includes entrepreneurs, students, mothers, and professionals creating ventures in an array of niche sectors, such as sustainable everyday products, websites for pet owners, mental and spiritual health, femtech, edtech, food beauty, and beyond. As part of the first two cohorts, 60DS assisted 12 female-led startups in acquiring their first customers.

The goal of 60DS is to create a community of female entrepreneurs capable of creating revenue within 60 days. 60DS has encountered many of the same challenges that female founders face today, systemic gender and racial inequality, a lack of capital resources (which is why they prioritize revenue over investment), or a lack of guidance. The program’s ultimate objective is to contribute to the community in a meaningful way and observe the founders flourish within the ecosystem. An idea that began as a simple plan on paper has morphed into an organization that produces several revenue-generating startups from every cohort, supported by an exceptional team of mentors and fellows who oversee the program.

The 60DS accelerator program features many modules and community sessions to address the critical concerns of starting and expanding a business. Participants will learn from seasoned entrepreneurs and executives from companies such as Procter & Gamble, Google, In5, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Pitfire Pizza, and many others about licensing options, social media strategies, and financial modeling to lay the foundations for first-time entrepreneurs.

It is an opportunity for female founders to network with a diverse group of experienced and eclectic individuals from the industry and become part of a growing network of changemakers.60DS is currently preparing to launch its fourth cohort in August 2022
